Proper Bagel Nashville
After a test that I was not at all prepared for in my 8 am class, I went with my girlfriends to Proper Bagel in Nashville! I have seen this brunch place on every "Nashville Musts" article that I have come across lately & needed to try it out immediately! And I have been eating super healthy for my Spring Break trip so this carb-load-up was very much needed!
Let me start by saying that Proper Bagel is a totally modern, contemporary eatery with a laid-back vibe for breakfast, brunch, or lunch with your buddies. And yes photo-fanatics, the lighting inside is PERFECT for instagram worthy pics!
Their menu varies with everything from coffee, to pastries, breakfast foods & of course BAGELS! When going thru their menu, we ended up wanting to try a little bit of everything but ended up going for just one plate of food. For now... soon to be more as we head back soon!

No, you're not seeing double. Arika & I got the exact same thing without even meaning to. We went for the Avocado & Egg Spinach Bagel, with farm fresh eggs, avocado, plain cream cheese, arugula & delicious housemade sweet tomato jam! Along with a side of mashed sweet potatoes! Good luck eating this without digging in & making a mess. Well worth it though!

The fact that this Belmont-area eatery has just opened & already is the instagram location tag of every Nashville brunch post, word must be going around real quick! Get your spot in line early if you hit it up on a weekend trip. The people will be out the door & down the street trying to get an order. For locals, stop by during to the week for less of a crowd & get your self some yummy goodies from Proper Bagel!

I am currently on my Spring Break here on Anna Maria Island in Florida shooting some new stuff for Pink Lily coming to their site soon! As soon as we arrived it was right to work, while enjoying lots of play in-between with the most wonderful group of girls ever! Now, while laying with my toes in the sand & shoulders tanning under the sun, I am writing new posts to share with y'all soon!
